Thanksgiving went far too fast this year! I had intentions of having an amazing dinner with even better company! Bryce, Aubrey & Jayda came up to spend it with us this year..it was SO SO fun to have them but the few days passed far too quickly, we enjoy having them so much it always seems to go by so fast! We really did have a lot of fun eating, sledding, and playing with Jayda! We didn't even get out to the Black Friday Sales this year. :(
But all in all we did have a wonderful holiday! It is always so much funner with company to share it with.
Blayre has not stopped asking when Jayda is coming back since they left!
I have so very much to be grateful for..My family. Loving husband who adores me and is such an amazing father. Great friends. The gospel. Health. I am so blessed :)

I did not even get out my camera for Thanksgiving~ I cannot believe it! This is not like me either.. I am not quite sure what I was thinking.. :( I am regretting not having those memories documented!

Anz & Blayre got a newly remodeled room this week as well. Winter is about the only time of year we can get projects done around the house, with Ben's busy work schedule!
I had tons of fun creating it with Anz's suggestions! Everyone who knows us knows we absolutely love glitter so we were able to put some BLING in the room as well..that was fun!
She knew exactly what she wanted!!
"A DIVA ROOM WITH A DISCO BALL FOR DANCE PARTIES!!" .. haha!! (Santa is going to bring the disco ball)
So..the room goes right along with the personality of our little diva! She loves it, so I guess we did ok!
Thank you Andrea for picking up the quilt for me I appreciated it so much! :)

Forget the candlelight dinners, roses and boxes of chocolates....
this is the kinda stuff that makes me go week in the knees!

seriously... I am so blessed...ben loves babies! if it were up to him we would have 10!

he really does adore his girls and jensen is his buddy for sure..

makes me realize how much i need and appreciate the partnership we share as parents...

Halloween 2010

Happy Halloween! We had a very laxed Halloween this year. Ash decided not to dress up and Chan dressed up as a cowgirl,..kind of! Anz was a pirate and Blayre was Uniqua off of the show Back yard agains. Ben was a pharaoh and I was Cleopatra.. we went to the trunk or treat at the church.
Jensen was at my aunt Kami's house with his cousins. He loves it there, with him and his 2 boy cousins they get to do the "boy" things which he can't get here with all these girls! We missed not having him here but he didn't miss us! He said he had "the best time ever!"

The chores are done the kids have gone to school, the fall air is beckoning us to come out and play... Blayre loves the dandy lion seeds...they are so fun to blow on and watch them scatter to the wind...

I am focusing on the things that make ME HAPPY!...the constants...to see..to really see the little things that often get overlooked.

Sometimes there are just GOOD days.

The ones you seem to get right as a mommy..you laugh, you love, you play and you feel completely satisfied in the small moments of your life that will ultimately become the sum of who you are.

I wish I could document all the cute noises and giggles watching this little one play..

Aside from the completely obvious difference of Jensen being the first boy, watching him grow has almost been a renaissance of parenthood for me.

Not sure why exactly....maybe the sense that these opportunities to relish and LOVE on our little ones really are numbered!

And the reality....of the fleeting moments of our little one's lives..

Jens' football season came to an end this last week! We were both happy and sad! I think it is one of the hardest things these little boys have done in their lives thus far..they work these little ones to the bone and they seem to relish in it! :)

I will not miss the 3 hour practices every night. Hopping from Football to Volleyball was just too much for me this year...looking forward to Ash driving in 6 months! :)

We had so much fun at the Circus! Anz loves animals and was just mesmerized the whole time!
I really dragged my feet on going and ended up just loving it! We can't wait to go back next year!
